Salt Lake police, unsheltered residents meet face-to-face to address homelessness cycle

SALT LAKE CITY — Inside a meeting room in downtown Salt Lake City, people living on the streets sat across from police leadership and city partners, sharing firsthand why they say the system meant to help them isn’t working.
