FLORIDA (WMBB) – The Florida Sheriff’s Association announced on Tuesday the winner of its 2026 FSA K-9 March Madness contest.
After three weeks, K-9 Rigby from the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office has been named Florida’s Top Dog for 2026.
“On the behalf of K-9 Rigby and our entire agency, we want to say THANK YOU! Our community rallied together to support him during this competition and we could not have made this win without you!!!,” said the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office.
This year’s tournament was brought by the Florida Sheriff’s Association’s specialty license plate, “Ride with the Star.”…
