What’s known as the Bridge Project is taking shape on the edge of downtown Wilmington – a “cradle to career” expansion and renovation.
Where MBNA once operated, there is already a day care operated by the YMCA. Several schools operate at the Community Education Building. The University of Delaware also has a presence in the area, and the CEB is opening a new Youth Development Center.
