Alleged Greene tax cheat cases continued for Discovery issues

The lack of discovery allowed Herndon Defense Attorney Amy L. Wilson to seek and receive a continuance in Miranda Durrer-Davis’ embezzlement cases Tuesday afternoon in Greene County Circuit Court.

The 39-year-old Barboursville woman, who once owned the defunct Miranda’s Grill on Seminole Trail in Ruckersville, where Dino’s Woodfire Pizza & Grill now stands. She’s accused of stealing meals tax money from the citizens of Greene County between November 1, 2023, and September 1, 2025…
