GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Eastbound and westbound 28th Street were closed at Division Avenue for over an hour, the Michigan Department of Transportation announced Tuesday night.
MDOT said the road was closed at about 11:25 p.m. due to flooding. A little over an hour later at 12:40 a.m., the roadway reopened.
