EAST LAMPETER TOWNSHIP, PA — Police are seeking the public’s help to identify three suspects in a retail theft at a department store.
The East Lampeter Township Police Department was dispatched to Kohl’s at 2350 Lincoln Highway East for a retail theft that occurred March 29, 2026, between 5:25 p.m. and 7:02 p.m.
