Bootleg T-shirt sellers banned from Springsteen’s N.J. concert

Bootleg merchandise sales have long been a familiar sight outside Newark’s Prudential Center, where vendors flock to Broad and Mulberry Streets before concerts hawking unofficial t-shirts for a bargain.

Fans looking for a deal may be out of luck Monday in Newark, however, as Bruce Springsteen and the company that distributes his official merch has taken a stand against counterfeit tees.
