SPOKANE, Wash. — The man found guilty of setting another man on fire in downtown Spokane will serve more than 16 years in prison.
Spokane County Judge Julie McKay sentenced Dupree L. Meadows, 57, to 195 months Thursday, also giving him 36 months of community custody and ordering Meadows not to have contact with the victim for life.
