Fox Ridge Apartments in Kalamazoo has been completely flooded, and at least one building is completely underwater, as water has been raining down into the apartment for the last day.
This is just the new 5-alarm emergency that further adds to the community’s complicated relationship they have with the apartments, which have been under scrutiny for years.
