A popular Columbia restaurant that has long been known for cinnamon rolls, breakfast, sandwiches, hot dogs and more is planning a new location in Lexington.
Cinnamon Roll Deli is planning a new shop at 309 S. Lake Drive just off downtown Lexington. It will be located in the building that formerly was home to Cafe Strudel. There is a large banner on the front lawn of the building that reads “Cinnamon Roll Deli – Swirling Soon.”
The new Lexington restaurant comes from the owners of The Devine Cinnamon Roll Deli, Jody Kreush and son Richard Kreush. It has been a well-known spot on Columbia’s Devine Street, just east of Five Points, since it opened a decade ago.
