A Gainesville woman was charged with 12 felony counts of transaction card fraud after she allegedly made unauthorized transactions with the victim’s debit card.
Hall County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded around 8 a.m. on Thursday, April 16 to a residence in the 2300 block of Birch Mountain Run. There, they met with the male victim, 25, and the suspect, Nathali Martinez, 24.
According to the initial investigation, Martinez used the victim’s card information on 12 occasions on Tuesday and Wednesday for transactions with companies including Cash App and ridesharing services.
