Suspect in CVS robbery that sent 5 Madison schools into lockdown arrested

MADISON, Ala. (WHNT) – Five schools in Madison were put under a secure perimeter status on Friday morning due to a robbery at a nearby CVS.

According to a spokesperson with the Madison City Schools, five schools were placed into secure perimeter status after the CVS at Hughes Road and Old Madison Pike was robbed.
