LANCASTER, Pa. — A man charged in an alleged shots-fired incident in Lancaster waived his preliminary hearing and his case will be moved to county court, according to the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office.
Reicel Paneque-Gavilan, 35, of Lancaster City waived his preliminary hearing on April 1 on charges of firearms not to be carried without a license, recklessly endangering another person and five counts of discharging a firearm.
