A police chase in northeast Los Angeles ended with a vehicle on fire and a search for the suspect driver on Friday morning, according to officials.
It was unclear what the motorist was wanted for, but preliminary reports indicated the vehicle may have been stolen or abandoned when the suspect took it out of Monrovia.
Officials with the Pasadena Police Department told KTLA’s Mike Case that the suspect drove the vehicle onto the northbound 110 Freeway before exiting near Avenue 52 in the Mount Washington area.
