A dispute between brothers at the helm of a prominent San Antonio real estate development company has erupted into a multimillion-dollar lawsuit, with allegations of deception, betrayal and actions that undermined the business.
Steve Braha and Jacques “Jack” Braha, co-founders of Fulcrum Development LLC, are now on opposite sides of a lawsuit alleging that Jack Braha secretly executed deals, disclosed confidential information and damaged key business relationships.
