The Washington State Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) has dismissed the complaint filed last September by Edmonds resident Lee Reeves alleging the City violated state law when presenting information about a proposed $14.5 million levy lid lift.
In its April 16 decision, the PDC said it found that there was no evidence of the alleged wrongdoing.
