CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Authorities are investigating the cause of a house fire in Clifton Park on Friday evening. Crews battled the fire on Grooms Road, located in the Vischer Ferry Fire District.

According to the Vischer Ferry Volunteer Fire Company, crews were dispatched to the residential structure fire around 4:47 p.m. A second alarm was sent out, bringing in mutual aid from surrounding agencies.
There were no injuries to residents or firefighters. All pets were also accounted for.

The fire was brought under control within about 25 minutes. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
