NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – Day three of French Quarter Fest brought the hottest temperatures of the event, with crowds battling near-90-degree heat.
The day kicked off with a 5K this morning. Festival-goers came prepared with neck fans, stroller fans and paper fans.
