HARLEM, Manhattan (PIX11) — A man is dead after being shot inside a Harlem apartment building, according to the NYPD.
Police responded to a 911 call for a report of a man shot inside 231 West 149th St. near Jackie Robinson Park in Harlem just after 2 p.m. on Sunday.
