‘We would love to make all of Evansville safer’: Loved ones push for change after fatal pedestrian crash

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – The girlfriend and close friend of a 21-year-old man killed while crossing West Franklin Street are pushing for safety changes on a busy corridor on the west side of Evansville.

Kaiden Cherven was hit by a car while crossing West Franklin Street between 10th and 11th Avenues in March. He died days later.
