DEKALB COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) – The Indiana State Police is investigating what led to a fatal crash Monday on Interstate 69.
The ISP said in a press release that around 9:30 a.m., a cargo van veered off the northbound side of the interstate for an unknown reason and hit a tree. It happened at the 325 mile-marker near Auburn.
