HUNTINGTON, Ind. (WANE) – A Huntington neighborhood was evacuated after a gas leak occurred in the area.
On Monday, Huntington County Emergency Management and the Huntington County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) released Public Safety Alerts warning residents of an active gas leak on Walnut Street.
The alerts state that all necessary evacuations have been taken care of and that gas and electric companies are on scene working to fix the leak. The estimated time for repairs to be completed is around five hours…
