FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – A 40-year-old Fort Wayne man is behind bars after a Friday domestic disturbance investigation uncovered child molesting allegations.
Shawn Kessell is charged with two counts of child molesting and one count of dissemination of matter harmful to minors, felony charges that carry a potential prison sentence of more than 80 years.
