INDIANAPOLIS — An Indianapolis man is facing multiple charges for his alleged role in a shooting that killed a 33-year-old woman and critically injured a man on the city’s west side.
The Marion County Prosecutor’s Office charged 39-year-old Javon Cushenberry with murder, attempted murder, aggravated battery and unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon.
