Man arrested in connection with July porch shooting death, Baton Rouge Police say

A suspect has been arrested in connection with the death of a man who was shot while sitting on a porch, Baton Rouge Police said.

Jeremiah Turner, 19, was booked into East Baton Rouge jail on a count of principal to second-degree murder in the death of Michael Anderson, 67, on July 15, police said in a news release.
