Man arrested in connection with 3-alarm fire that destroyed Portland recovery center

PORTLAND, Ore. (KPTV) – A 42-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a three-alarm fire that destroyed a youth addiction recovery center earlier this month, according to the Portland Police Bureau.

The fire happened on Saturday, April 11, at 4D Adolescent and Family Recovery Campus, located at Northeast 100th Avenue and East Burnside. The building was just days from completion when fire broke out around 10:45 p.m., reducing the facility to rubble.
