COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — A person was struck by a car while sitting in their parked vehicle Monday night at 10:58 p.m., according to the Columbus Police Department.
The person was sitting in a legally parked Honda CRV on East Main Street, east of Lazelle Street, on the north side of the road.
