EAGAN, Minn. — A rollover crash on Interstate 35E in Eagan caused a major backup during rush hour Monday evening.
The crash occurred in the southbound lanes near Pilot Knob Road just before 5 p.m. Traffic was down to one lane as authorities investigated.
