Pulaski County launches property fraud awareness campaign

PULASKI COUNTY, Ark.- With real estate fraud on the rise nationwide, the Pulaski County Clerk’s Office is launching a six-month campaign to help residents protect their property and avoid becoming victims.

According to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, real estate fraud was among the most reported scams in 2023, with 9,251 complaints and more than $145 in losses. In response, the County Clerk’s office is rolling out an awareness and alert initiative aimed at educating homeowners and landowners about how to prevent fraud.
