Zach Leister, the general manager at the McDonald’s on Alexandria Pike in Cold Spring, has been given the company’s Outstanding General Manager Award.
The company awards the honor to managers who demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, according to a McDonald’s press release. Only about 10% of all McDonald’s managers in the country are ever honored with the award.
“This group of managers have truly exemplified what it means to lead with integrity and passion,” said Katie Blankenship, McDonald’s owner/operator and president of McDonald’s Ohio Regional Operators Association. “Their ability to inspire their team, drive performance, and create a positive atmosphere for both employees and customers make them incredibly deserving of this recognition.”…
