IRMO, S.C. — A proposed expansion of the Water Walk development in Irmo has been withdrawn by developers, though the property will still be annexed into the town.
The more than 21-acre tract sits north of Leamington Way along Dreher Shoals Road. It had previously been part of Water Walk Phase Two, a housing project that would have added 78 new townhomes to the area. With that portion of the project now withdrawn, there are currently no active development plans for the site.
