Proposed pilot program would install four automated warning systems across El Cajon

EL CAJON, Calif. — Speeding continues to be a serious problem in El Cajon, leading City leaders to propose a one-year pilot program using automated warnings. Some residents want a solution to be found, but they are skeptical that the format of the pilot program will work.

A town hall was held on Tuesday for residents to provide input. El Cajon leaders allowed residents to talk amongst themselves about the biggest problems in their neighborhood and what solutions they want the City to look into.
