SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The Syracuse Police Department released the name of the person killed in a crash on Fitch Street on Wednesday.
Terance Lawrence, 20, of Syracuse, was killed after his vehicle slammed into a vacant home. He was taken to Upstate University Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
