PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Portland leaders have been asked to sign a nondisclosure agreement amid talks about using public dollars to cover Moda Center upgrades, according to District 3 Councilor Tiffany Koyama Lane and District 4 Councilor Mitch Green.
In a social media post shared on Tuesday, Koyama Lane revealed she was one of several councilors invited to discuss potential renovations to the city’s primary sports arena — but participants were presented with contracts that would prohibit them from disclosing any information to the community.
