A surface parking lot at 514 Fenton Place—bordered by Providence Road, Cherokee Road, and Fenton Place near the edge of Eastover—could give way to a mixed-use building with apartments, restaurants, retail, and fitness space under a rezoning proposal now before Charlotte City Council.
Developer SLRH Acquisitions, LLC is seeking to rezone 0.84 acres from its current Office Flex Campus designation to a conditional Neighborhood Center district. The site went before a public hearing on April 20, with City Council’s final decision still pending.
