MENANDS, NY — A woman was arrested on a felony grand larceny warrant following a traffic stop April 14, 2026.
Alexie A. Santos, 36, of Menands, was taken into custody by State Police from Latham on a warrant charging her with second-degree grand larceny, a class C felony.
