BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — The West Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office (WBRSO) responded to a two-vehicle crash involving a school bus on Thursday, April 23.
WBRSO said a school bus was hit by a dump truck around 6:40 a.m. on North River Road.
The sheriff’s office confirmed that children were on the bus at the time of the crash, but there were no reported injuries.
After the crash, the children were transferred from the damaged school bus to another one and taken to Holy Family School in Port Allen, WBRSO confirmed…
