GREENSBORO, N.C. — Pura Vida Cocktail Bar says it plans to reopen this weekend — without alcohol — following a major drug raid and state permit suspension that left many wondering whether the downtown Greensboro nightclub would close for good.
In a statement released Thursday, the Pura Vida team said the bar will operate on a limited schedule this weekend with its full food menu, but no alcohol service, after the North Carolina Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission suspended the club’s ABC permits.
