Perry County DA’s office drops charges against township board vice-chairman

PERRY COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — The Perry County District Attorney’s Office dropped theft charges against a township board vice-chairman.

According to court records, Kirby Kitner’s attorney filed a petition for expungement on Thursday following a Monday hearing where his charges were nolle prossed, meaning prosecutors decided to drop charges.
