FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) – Water quality is an issue now and will be in the future, big enough that students at Benjamin Franklin Middle School in Franklin County are spending the week at a creek.
Each spring, all Franklin County sixth grade students use the outdoor classroom built on the school’s property to study the water quality of Powder Mill Creek.
