SALINE COUNTY—Two people including a teen driver were injured in an accident just before 4:30p.m. Thursday in Saline County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2013 Nissan Altima driven by Braydon D Borntrager, 19, Wichita, was northbound on Interstate 235 on the bridge over U.S. 54 in the right lane. The driver attempted to slow for traffic but was following too close and struck a northbound 2017 BMW 4-Series driven by Cody J Wisley, 17, Wichita, who was also slowing for traffic ahead.
The impact pushed the BMW into a northbound 2012 Peterbilt semi driven by Brian N. Dick, 40, Newton, who was merging onto northbound Interstate 235 from the eastbound U.S. 54 merge lane…
