ALBANY, N.Y. (WRGB) — An Albany man who raped a 14-year-old girl is headed to prison.
Mohammed Gubari, 28, received 12.5 years in prison and 20 years of post-release supervision. He was convicted of rape last October.
Prosecutors say back in February 2025, Gubari coaxed the 14-year-old and a 17-year-old girl into a car on Central Avenue, drove to a dark parking lot and forced the 14-year-old to have sex with him…
