Madison’s Spring Clean Up rescheduled to Sunday: Volunteers needed to tackle litter

MADISON, Ala. — Weather concerns prompt a day-and-time shift for the annual litter cleanup — volunteers of all ages and abilities are still needed.

Madison City has announced a rescheduling of its annual Spring Clean Up event due to weather concerns. The community volunteer event, originally planned for Saturday, will now take place this Sunday from 3 to 4 p.m. Volunteers will meet at James Clemens High School in Madison

Those joining as an individual or small group can meet at James Clemens High School and help tackle litter along Burgreen Road and Hardiman Road…
