One suspect bites cop, another tosses drugs into road during West Michigan traffic stop

ALLEGAN COUNTY, MI — A traffic stop in Martin Township led to one Allegan County sheriff’s deputy being bitten and three others exposed to potentially hazardous substances.

Four suspects were arrested after the stop and are facing charges of resisting and obstructing police causing injury, resisting and obstructing police by attempting to destroy evidence and possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, according to a press release from the Michigan State Police.
