WILLISTON, FL (352today.com) – A Williston Middle/High School teacher was arrested after investigators say he had an inappropriate relationship with a student, according to a report from the Levy County Sheriff’s Office.
Nicholas Sapp, 38, of Ocala, was taken into custody by sheriff’s detectives following a report from a witness who learned of the relationship and alerted a parent, authorities said. Detectives launched an investigation, located the victim and conducted interviews. Evidence confirming the relationship was also collected.
Sapp has been charged under Florida Statute 800.101, which covers offenses against students by authority figures. He was booked into the Levy County Detention Center, where bond will be set at his first appearance the morning of Apr. 24…
