PFLUGERVILLE, Texas — Lake Pflugerville reached 633 feet in elevation on Friday, though Stage 3 water restrictions and a ban on swimming and boating remain in effect.
The city announced the milestone after months of emergency conservation measures prompted by a break in the raw waterline that feeds the lake. The lake had fallen to historic lows since the city reported the first of five pipeline breaks.
