Two western Stark County properties recently sold for more than $1 million, according to the latest real estate transfers from the Auditor’s Office.
A residential property on Turnstone Circle NW in Jackson Township was the highest sale at $1.87 million. An agricultural property on Navarre Road SW in Sugar Creek Township also sold for $1.15 million.
The real estate transfers cover March 28 to April 3.
