HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – Evansville Police arrested a woman who reportedly fired a gun while officers were responding to a domestic dispute on Friday night.
According to court documents, officers were dispatched to East Illinois Street after receiving a call about an assault. The caller reported to officers their fiancee had two guns in the bedroom and was choking them while kids were in the home.
When officers arrived at the scene, they reported hearing a gunshot. Jordyn Taylor, 29, came out of the house, and officers say they confiscated a shotgun and handgun while detaining her.
