FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) — Police have a man in custody from a shooting in March that killed someone in Fayetteville.
According to a spokesperson for the police, Jordan Chancellor Whipple, 33 of Fayetteville, turned himself in Friday to the Fayetteville Police Department.
