Fugitive in Sonic shooting case is back in Summerville police custody, faces murder charge

DORCHESTER COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) — The man who allegedly shot and killed 18-year-old Kymani Baker at a Summerville Sonic in early January before attempting to flee to Indonesia is now in the custody of the Summerville Police Department, local law enforcement confirmed Monday.

Anthony Prioleau, 20, from Summerville, is currently being held at the Dorchester County Detention Center on murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime charges, officials said. He was denied bond on Saturday, April 25.
